Conditions for Quotevela’s free beta.
The service
Quotevela. Argentina. quotevela@gmail.com. Quotevela lets you prepare business proposals, choose a layout and export a PDF or share a snapshot by link. The beta is free and requires no account. It does not process payments or card details.
Review before sharing
You are responsible for the details, amounts, currency, taxes, terms and logos you enter, and for having permission to use them. Review the finished document before sharing. Sample amounts are not recommended rates. Changing currencies does not convert amounts. A Quotevela proposal is not a tax invoice or accounting, legal or tax advice.
Storage and shared links
Your information is saved in this browser. Export backups to keep your proposals; clearing browser data may delete them. Links contain readable, unencrypted snapshots and cannot be revoked. Later edits do not update previously shared copies. Signing, payment collection, view tracking and synchronization are not provided.
Permitted use
You may use the tool for your business proposals and documents. Do not use it to impersonate people, distribute illegal content, infringe third-party rights or attempt unauthorized system access. Content you enter remains yours; you do not grant us a license to publish or sell it.
Availability and changes
The beta may change, be interrupted or contain errors. We do not promise continuous availability or suitability for every obligation of your business. This does not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit. If paid features are introduced, their terms will be shown before purchase; using this beta does not authorize future charges.
