Your proposals stay in your browser

The editor stores your draft, saved proposals, brand details, logo and language in this browser’s local storage. Quotevela does not operate a proposal database or synchronize proposal content across devices. Local data remains until you delete it or your browser clears it. Email fields and logos are optional.

You can edit or delete saved proposals and export a JSON backup. A backup includes saved proposals, but not an unsaved draft or the separate My brand settings. To remove all local data, clear quotevela.com site data in your browser after exporting anything you want to keep.

Sharing a document

A shared link includes an encoded, unencrypted copy of the proposal. Anyone with the link can read, copy or forward it. Editing or deleting your draft does not update or revoke existing links. PDFs and JSON backups also contain the details you entered. Share only information you are authorized to use.

Optional analytics

We load Google Analytics only if you accept it, to measure editor visits and actions. Google processes technical connection information, device characteristics and usage events, and may use cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send proposal names, emails, amounts or contents to Analytics, and shared proposal views are excluded. Personalized advertising is disabled. This measurement is based on your consent.

You can reject analytics and use all features or change your choice. The choice is stored for 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement and removes Analytics cookies accessible to Quotevela; it does not automatically erase information Google already processed. See Google’s privacy policy.

Website access and support requests

Providers serving and protecting the website may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser information and technical logs to deliver the site and detect errors or abuse. If you contact us, we use your email and message to respond and handle the request. Correspondence is kept while needed to resolve it and meet applicable obligations. You do not need to send client details to request help.

Providers and international processing

The website is distributed through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Google Analytics is also involved if you consent to measurement. These providers may process technical data outside your country under their terms and applicable safeguards. Their policies explain their processing: OpenAI, Cloudflare and Google.

Your rights

Contact quotevela@gmail.com to request information, access, correction or deletion of data handled by the operator. Where applicable, you may also request objection, restriction or portability and withdraw consent. Data stored only in your browser is managed from that browser; we cannot restore a deleted copy.

Argentina’s Law 25,326 provides data protection rights. You can contact or complain to the AAIP. If the GDPR applies to your situation, you may contact the relevant supervisory authority in your country. Your rights depend on applicable law and are not limited by this policy.
